General Meeting highlight 2019: The AIS3 [aiskju:b] opening ceremony in the Reaktorhalle

This year's General Meeting highlight was the opening celebration of the light-and-sound installation AIS3 [aiskju: b] by Dr. Tim Otto Roth in the event venue Reaktorhalle Munich. Members of the SFB1258 as well as invited guests celebrated a first successful half of the funding period of the SFB1258. After the welcome Prof. Elisa Resconi, spokeswoman for the SFB1258, gave an overview of the current projects of the SFB1258 in the field of art and public relations. After presentations by the artists Jol Thomson, London, Diogo da Cruz, Academy of Fine Arts Munich, Prof. Stefan Schönert, TUM, and students of the SFB1258 and the Academy of Fine Arts, Dr. Christian Spiering from DESY Zeuthen and Dr. Tim Otto Roth, conceptual artist and composer from Oppenau, let the lights of AIS3 shine in the Reaktorhalle.
